2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers on paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription payment
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time customers
  • The guarantee applies to the first payment only, not subsequent renewal payments
  • You must provide a brief explanation of why the service did not meet your needs

Not Eligible for Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Subscription renewals or recurring payments beyond the first payment
  • Requests made after the 14-day period has elapsed
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Accounts previously refunded under this policy

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until the billing period ends
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time in the billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

4. Pro-rated Refunds

Pro-rated refunds are generally not provided, except in the following circumstances:

Service Outages:

If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to technical issues on our end, we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.

Duplicate Charges:

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.

Billing Errors:

If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will refund the incorrect amount within 5-7 business days.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription plans are subject to the same 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. After the 14-day period:

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal for the next year
  • Your service will remain active until the end of the annual term
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused months

6. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades:

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new plan features will be available immediately.

Downgrades:

When downgrading to a lower-tier plan:

  • The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing period
  • You will retain access to your current plan's features until then
  • No refunds will be issued for the difference in plan pricing
  • Data exceeding your new plan's limits may be archived or removed

7. Free Trials

Free trials do not involve payment and therefore are not subject to refunds. If you are on a free trial:

  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
  • Once charged after a trial ends, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies

8. Add-ons and One-Time Purchases

Add-on features and one-time purchases (such as additional credits or special reports):

  • Are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed
  • May be eligible for refund if not used within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

11. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks can:

  • Result in immediate account suspension
  • Incur additional processing fees that may be passed to you
  • Affect your ability to use our services in the future

12. Account Termination by Riff Analytics

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription
