Riff Analytics provides AI visibility monitoring and analytics services that track how your brand appears across various AI platforms including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI systems.

Our services include monitoring AI-generated responses, analyzing brand mentions, providing competitive intelligence, and offering optimization recommendations.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

In no event shall Riff Analytics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months prior to such claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
